Public Can Look Over Base Reuse Proposals
An open house today by the El Toro Local Redevelopment Authority will give the public an opportunity to review proposed reuse alternatives for the Marine Air Corps Station when it closes in 1999.
The agency will set up exhibits to demonstrate potential environmental and economic effects of reuse alternatives.
Planners will be available to answer questions.
The open house will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the community room at Huntington Beach Mall, 7777 Edinger Ave.
Participants should use the mall entrance near Montgomery Ward.
