Clinton Has Benign Cyst on Left Side of His Neck
President Clinton has a benign cyst on the left side of his neck and plans to have it removed “at some point,” Press Secretary Mike McCurry said Saturday.
McCurry said the inclusion cyst, basically an ingrown pimple, was discovered by doctors in May during Clinton’s annual physical examination.
“It’s a fairly routine thing,” McCurry said, and Clinton “likely will have it excised in an outpatient procedure at some point,” probably at the White House.
Christina Martin, a spokeswoman for Republican presidential nominee Bob Dole, renewed a request that Clinton release his medical records.
