Marriott, Comfort Inn Hotels Settle U.S. Complaints: Under terms of the agreement, Host Marriott Corp. will ensure its Courtyard by Marriott hotels provide rooms for people with disabilities, and the Comfort Inn hotel near Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort will guarantee handicapped access. Both agreements resolved complaints under the Americans With Disabilities Act, a federal law that requires hotels and other public accommodations to provide access to people with disabilities.
