LTC in Oxnard Declares 34-Cent Quarterly Dividend

LTC Properties in Oxnard has declared a third-quarter cash dividend of 34 cents per share on its outstanding common stock.

The dividend is payable Oct. 15 to stockholders of record on Sept. 30.

The company is a self-administered real estate investment trust that invests in long-term care and other health-care-related facilities through mortgage loans, facility lease transactions and other investments.
