Comarco Gets Military Contract

Comarco Inc. said Tuesday it has received a contract valued at $14.5 million to provide engineering support to the U.S. Army Test and Experimentation Command at Ft. Hood, Texas.

The wireless communications company said the contract has a base period of one year with three one-year options.

Comarco, a partner in a joint venture with two Virginia companies, will perform engineering, logistics and software services at Ft. Hood for testing of various systems, including armored vehicles, weaponry and communications, and command and control systems.
