The last 75.32 acres of Channel Islands Business Center in Oxnard has been purchased by two Los Angeles County companies that have plans to promote light industrial development there.

Channel Islands Business Center LLC, made up of Goldrich & Kest of Culver City and an affiliate of California Landmark Group of Century City, also bought a 20,735-square-foot industrial building in the business park from Wells Fargo Bank.

Goldrich & Kest is a diversified real estate development and management group. California Landmark Group is a residential and commercial developer. This is the first large Ventura County acquisition for both of these companies, which work predominantly in the Los Angeles area.
