Free Disposal of Yard Waste Offered
Residents may dispose of green waste free of charge on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month at Briggeman Disposal Yard.
Green waste that will be accepted include grass clippings, leaves, shrubbery and tree trimmings.
The hours for drop-off will be from 9 a.m to 2 p.m. at the yard, 3551 Sausalito St. Proof of residency in Los Alamitos must be presented to participate.
