Election Results OKd by Supervising Body

The international body supervising Bosnia’s first postwar elections announced it had certified the results of Sept. 14 balloting. “I think it was a reasonably democratic process and a reasonably democratic result which reflects the will of the people,” Ambassador Robert H. Frowick, head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe mission in Bosnia, told reporters in the capital, Sarajevo.
