Citadel Environmental Group Appoints Landi as President

Richard Landi has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Citadel Environmental Group Inc., a Newport Beach company involved in the transportation and treatment of waste oils, water and hazardous waste. He succeeds David Norris, who has become vice chairman of the board of directors. Landi’s primary responsibilities will be the reorganization of Citadel’s operations in Arizona and leading the company’s acquisition team. Landi has had more than 20 years’ experience in the hazardous waste treatment and chemical industries, including Chemical Waste Management, Laidlaw Environmental and Southdown Environmental Systems.

* Lori A. Snow has been named senior director of product marketing for Ingram Micro Inc. and general manager of its Technical Products division. Snow, who joined the company in 1989, had been director before her new appointment. Ingram Micro, based in Santa Ana, is a wholesale distributor of technology and microcomputer products.

* Frank B. Moson has joined MBK Construction Ltd. in Irvine as corporate vice president of marketing. He was previously corporate vice president of marketing/business development for Koll Construction. MBK Construction is a division of MBK Real Estate Ltd.

* Timothy G. Hanson has been appointed controller of NAB Asset Corp., an Irvine financial services holding company. Hanson was formerly Western regional conduit risk manager with General Electric Capital Mortgage Services Inc.

* Richard J. Sample, senior vice president and branch manager, will oversee Van Kasper & Co.’s new office in Newport Beach. Before joining the investment banking and brokerage firm, Sample was senior vice president/retail sales manager at Cruttenden Roth in Irvine. He has also held sales management positions with PaineWebber and E.F. Hutton in Orange County.

* Susan M. Moore has been appointed senior vice president-claims for the Insco/Dico Group in Irvine, a surety bond company. She had been vice president-claims.

* John D. Swancoat has been named controller of RemedyTemp Inc. in San Juan Capistrano. He had been manager of general accounting and reporting for Nissan Motor Corp. Before that, Swancoat spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse.
