International Business Women’s Conference: Top female business owners and leaders from more than 30 countries will meet Oct. 22-25 in Los Angeles for the 44th annual World Congress of Les Femmes Chefs D’Entreprises Mondiales, or the World Organization of Women Business Owners. The international group, which holds a seat in the United Nations, last met in the United States in 1986 in Denver. The four-day conference, to be held at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, 404 S. Figueroa St., is sponsored by the National Assn. of Women Business Owners.

Registration is $825 for NAWBO and FCEM members, $950 for nonmembers. Admission to exhibit hall only is $20 daily.
