Building Begins on Office Center in Thousand Oaks

Construction has begun on a 10,000-square-foot office building in the North Ranch Corporate Center, 4510 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Thousand Oaks.

The Amoroso Co. of Thousand Oaks owns the building, which is expected to be completed by December. The offices are 50% leased by the West America Securities Corp., an investment banker group.

EPI General Contractors of Van Nuys is the general contractor for the construction. Pittman Group of Camarillo was the architect.
