Pen Lays Off 15 at Plant

Computer networking company Pen Interconnect Inc. said it has laid off 15 of the 113 workers at its Tustin plant as part of an effort throughout the company to cut costs by 15%. The company also announced similar cuts at plants in Salt Lake City, where it is based, and San Jose. Pen Interconnect also named Mohrdad Mobasseri general manager for its Tustin-based InCirT Division.
