Metalclad Corp.: The Newport Beach developer of industrial waste treatment facilities in Mexico reported that it lost $992,000, or 3 cents a share, for the first quarter, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or 9 cents a share, for the corresponding period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 declined 50% to $1.9 million from $3.8 million.
