Homeowner Association Seminar Is Set

A round-table discussion for homeowner association members will be presented Oct. 29, at the Pickwick Center, 1001 Riverside Drive, Burbank, by the Greater Los Angeles chapter of Community Assns. Institute. The discussion will begin at 7:15 p.m.

Questions on state law on common-interest real estate, rules and regulations, insurance, collections, budgets, reserve studies and reserve funds, and board member liability will be answered by CAI experts. CAI is a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to the education of homeowners who live in, and professionals who work for, homeowner associations.

The cost is $20 for those who aren’t members of CAI.
