Hats off to the Anaheim Hilton and Towers for winning two major hospitality industry quality awards in 1996.

Meetings and Conventions magazine bestowed its Gold Key Award to the Anaheim Hilton and 195 other hotels nationwide whose food, accommodations and conference facilities were rated top-shelf by meeting planners. Then readers of Corporate and Incentive Travel magazine named the Anaheim Hilton among the 196 winners of this year’s Award of Excellence--the ninth consecutive year the hotel has been so recognized.

Glenn Hale, general manager of the Anaheim Hilton, will travel to New York next month to pick up the hardware. “The entire staff is thrilled,” said the new Tom Hanks of the hospitality industry.
