Wonderware Corp.: The Irvine industrial software company said it lost $2 million, or 15 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1996. That compares with a net loss of $21 million, or $1.64 a share, which included a charge of $33.1 million for the write-off of in-process research and development costs related to two acquisitions. Revenue rose 7% to $15.2 million from $14.2 million. The nine-month net loss was $1.7 million, or 13 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $15.6 million, or $1.25 a share, for the first three quarters of 1995. Revenue increased 19% to $46 million from $38.8 million.
