Senior Center Offering Free Immunizations

The Costa Mesa Senior Center, at 695 W. 19th St., will offer free flu and pneumonia shots at its open house today from 8 a.m. to noon. The center recommends that senior citizens get flu immunizations on an annual basis.
During the open house, organizers will discuss the benefits and problems of turning Medicare benefits over to managed-care companies and other issues.Information: (714) 751-6671.
