OptimumCare Corp.: The Laguna Niguel provider of health-care management services reported that net income for the third quarter reached a record $400,443, or 7 cents a share, up from the $89,179, or 2 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue doubled to $3 million from $1.5 million. Net income for the nine months rose to $664,698, or 12 cents a share, from $302,950, or 6 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue was up 76% to $7.9 million from $4.5 million.
