Rockford Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana specialty finance company said net income for the third quarter increased 65%, to $972,000, or 22 cents a share, from $589,000, or 15 cents a share, for the prior-year period. Revenue rose 55%, to $30.7 million, from $19.8 million. For the nine-month period, net income more than doubled to $2.6 million, or 57 cents a share, from $1.1 million, or 38 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was up 57%, to $77.7 million, from $49.4 million.
