MAI Plans Stock Sale

MAI Systems Corp., which designs and sells computer products, said Monday that it is planning a secondary offering of nearly $6 million of its outstanding shares of common stock.

The company said the shares will be offered by certain selling stockholders and is required under the terms of its acquisition of Hotel Information Systems Inc.
