Fidelity National Financial Inc.: The Irvine title insurance underwriter posted third-quarter net earnings $6.3 million, or 49 cents a share, 7% higher than the $5.9 million, or 46 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1995. Revenue advanced 47% to $166.7 million from $113.5 million. Profit for the nine-month period rose to $18.4 million, or $1.42 a share, from $3.6 million, or 28 cents a share, for the 1995 period. Revenue increased 59% to $464.7 million from $292 million.
