Oakley Adds U.K. Unit

IRVINE — Oakley Inc. said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Serval Marketing, its exclusive distributor for the United Kingdom and Ireland, and will rename it Oakley U.K. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Oakley, which designs, makes and distributes high-performance sunglasses and goggles, said it will retain Carl Ward, Serval’s chairman, and Ray Tilbrook, its managing director. Serval has been distributing Oakley products to Britain and Ireland for more than 15 years.
