InSight Health Services Corp.: The Newport Beach provider of diagnostic imaging, treatment and related management services said net income for its first fiscal quarter was $106,000, or 2 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $74,000, or 5 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose 83% to $22.1 million from $12.1 million.

InSight was created in June from the merger of American Health Services Corp. and Maxum Health Corp. The results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1995, reflect only the results of Maxum.
