Good Food Adds Coffee

Good Food Fast Cos. has agreed to acquire the Oh La La! division of Sacramento-based Java Centrale Inc. for $2.7 million in cash, notes and stock. The sale is scheduled to close by Dec. 10.

Java Centrale said it acquired Oh La La!, a chain of 14 espresso bars and a bakery, about 20 months ago. Java said it expects to report a profit of about $200,000 on the sale.
