EMB Cancels Deal

EMB Corp. said Tuesday it has called off its agreement to buy the assets of Realty Information Systems Inc. of Salt Lake City. EMB Corp. declined to cite a reason for the move.

Realty Information owns the Help-U-Sell Real Estate franchise system.
