Ron Ireland has been hired as chief financial officer for First National Bank of Ventura. He will be responsible for overseeing bank operations, including accounting and financial reporting.
Ireland previously was controller for California Thrift & Loan.
* Long Term Care Services of Ventura County has appointed Pamela Schuman as executive director.
Schuman has an extensive background with nonprofit organizations, most recently as program director for Lutheran Social Services’ Caring Neighbor program in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
* Lillian Ludwig has been appointed manager of inside sales and distribution at Condor D.C. Power Supplies in Oxnard. She has more than 19 years sales experience.
Prior to joining Condor, Ludwig was a distribution network sales representative and administrator for Power One.
* Haas Automation has named Kenney Jackson as its international manager for Southeast Asia. Jackson previously worked in Bangkok, Thailand, for Kvarner National Inc., a petrochemical equipment maker.
Haas Automation, based in Chatsworth, is a maker of lathes and other equipment used to manufacture machine tools.
