Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana developer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products posted net income of $166,200, or 4 cents a share, for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30. For the prior year, a net loss of $109,349, or 3 cents a share, was recorded. Sales increased 47% to a record $6.6 million from $4.5 million. Net income for the fourth quarter totaled $73,316, or 2 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $165,860, or 4 cents a share, for the 1995 fourth quarter. Sales gained 62% to $2.1 million from $1.3 million.
