Pulido Paces Orange Coast

Dianne Pulido scored 27 points as Orange Coast defeated Santa Barbara, 68-63, in a nonconference women’s basketball game at Santa Barbara.

Lisa Grey scored 12 points for the Pirates.

Orange Coast led by 20 early in the second half, but the Pirates committed 12 fouls, which allowed Santa Barbara to get back into the game.

Mary Martin scored 13 for Santa Barbara (4-3), which made 12 of 19 free throws.

Cypress 64, Mt. San Jacinto 39--Linda Rodriguez scored 22 points and had 11 steals for Cypress. Rodriguez made 10 of 12 free throws.
