Something’s Missing From Clipper Games

Only 5,755 souls. That’s all who decided to witness the Clipper-Hornet matchup Tuesday night at the Sports Arena.
Sad.
Yes, the Clippers are a bad team. Yes, they play in a bad neighborhood. Yes, they don’t have Shaq. But only 5,755? Come on! The Trojan basketball team draws that many.
As much as I hate to say this, the Clippers would be better off if Donald Sterling sold the team to Disney and they moved to the Pond in Anaheim, where they would draw three times as many customers (look how the Ducks draw, and they stink).
Just think: “Clippers in the Outfield” or “The Mighty Clips, Part 3.”
