Directors Program Announces Trainees
Walt Disney Television and the Directors Guild of America have announced their selections for the 1996-97 directors training program for minorities and women.
Lisa Gottlieb and Gretchen Somerfeld were chosen from a field of 275 candidates to participate in the second year of the DGA/Disney Directors Training Program.
Gottlieb will apprentice under director Jeff McCracken on “Boy Meets World,” while Somerfeld will work with director Gil Junger on “Ellen.”
