Applicants Sought for Planning, Other Panels
Officials are looking for applicants interested in serving on the Planning Commission and other boards that report to the mayor and City Council.
Three Planning Commission seats are up for review in January. There also are openings on the Access Appeals Board, which handles matters concerning the city’s health and safety code; the Building, Housing and Fire Code Board of Appeals; the Eastside Traffic Management Study Committee; and the newly formed Local Law Enforcement Block Grant Committee.
Applicants are asked to mail a resume and a letter specifying which committee they are interested in, along with a brief summary of their qualifications, to Mayor Peter Buffa, City Hall, P.O. Box 1200, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92628-1200.
