Vic’s Novelty Purchases 17,156-Square-Foot Facility

Vic’s Novelty Inc., an Oxnard-based manufacturer of soft vinyl products, has purchased a 17,156-square-foot industrial facility on 1.4 acres.

The seller of the property at 751-771 E. Wooley Road in Oxnard was Channel Islands Properties.

Vic’s Novelty will occupy 10,333 square feet of the facility. The building was purchased with a tenant on a five-year lease occupying the remainder of the space, according to CB Commercial Real Estate.

Vic’s Novelty will move Jan. 1 to its new facility from its current location at 300 Lambert St.
