Share

The city art gallery’s latest exhibit, “Tea and Comfort: Quilts and Vessels,” will run through March 15.

The exhibit traces the evolution of quilts, cups and tea pots into art forms, with examples from regional quilters and nationally known artists.

Exhibit organizers said some of the quilts span generations and tell stories of family, tradition and history.

The City of Brea Gallery is located at 1 Civic Center Circle. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 5 p.m., and Thursday and Friday, noon to 8 p.m.

Regular admission is $1.
