2nd Male Cadet Leaves Citadel Over Hazing
Associated Press
CHARLESTON, S.C. —
A second male cadet facing disciplinary action in the hazing of two first-year women cadets has left The Citadel.
One cadet resigned from the military college last week and the second did not return for the spring semester, Citadel spokesman Terry Leedom said Tuesday.
The cadet who did not return has not officially resigned. That means he still could come back, but he would have to apply for readmission and would face disciplinary action, Leedom said. He would not identify the cadets, citing student privacy laws.
