Doctor-Assisted Suicide Is Granted

A judge ruled that Charles Hall, a 35-year-old Florida man who is dying from AIDS, can go ahead with a physician-assisted suicide. Within an hour of the ruling, however, the state appealed and the case went to the Florida Supreme Court.
