Wallace Jones to Head New Image Laboratories

New Image Laboratories, a manufacturer of hair-care products sold through salons and retail outlets, has named Wallace B. Jones president and chief executive.
The Oxnard-based company’s founder, Robert Hoffman, will continue as chairman of the board and plans to continue his involvement with the company’s U.S. and international distributors.
Jones was previously chief financial officer at both Redken Laboratories and Xircom Inc. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of Pepperdine University.
New Image’s professional products are sold exclusively through salons in the United States and through 32 international distributors. The company also markets the retail brands Stiff Stuff, Pure Botanicals/Deep Earth, Modern Essences and Let’s Jam.
