Orange 0, Santa Ana Valley 0--Sophomore Obed Gaona had 10 saves to post his first shutout for visiting Santa Ana Valley (11-5-5, 5-3-2), which clinched third place in league and a playoff berth with the tie.

In the Empire League:

Cypress 1, Loara 0--Jason Austin scored in the 20th minute on a free kick and Matt Resor recorded his 14th shutout for second-place Cypress (18-5-1, 7-3). Loara finished in third at 8-10-4, 5-4-1.

In the Freeway League:

Fullerton 1, La Habra 1--Sorin Clark put Fullerton (8-9-4, 4-4-3) in the playoffs with a goal off a corner kick with five minutes remaining. Paul Summers had given La Habra (7-9-4, 2-7-1) a 1-0 lead earlier in the half.

In the Olympic League:

Orange Lutheran 2, Whittier Christian 1--Macy and Derek Bartlett scored second-half goals for Orange Lutheran (20-2-2, 13-0-1), which extended its unbeaten streak to 16 games.

In the Pacific Coast League:

Laguna Hills 0, Aliso Niguel 0--Ian Ellis had six saves and posted his fourth shutout of the season for Laguna Hills (10-10-5, 5-3-2), which clinched third place in league. Sean Stutzman had five saves for Aliso Niguel (9-7-4, 4-4-2), which will petition for an at-large bid.

In the Sea View League:

Newport Harbor 3, El Toro 2--Garrett Janesma, Jessie Cortez and Luis Afuentus each scored to help Newport Harbor (9-3-3, 6-1-3) clinch the league championship. Brian Stucker scored two goals for El Toro (13-6-5, 4-4-2).
