Children’s Safety

* Re “Hail--Then Farewell,” Feb. 18.
Horror. That is what I felt when I opened the Valley section this morning and saw the photograph of the . . . children [wrapped] in plastic. Any responsible person knows that a child can suffocate by wrapping themselves in plastic.
Shame on you for selecting this photograph. Children looking at it (including my own elementary school age children) will think this is acceptable, funny and cute behavior without realizing the inherent dangers.
