Record Net Reported

Data Processing Resources Corp., a provider of information technology staffing services, posted record net income of $1.3 million, or 16 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31, more than double the $542,000, or 11 cents a share, posted for the comparable period last year. Revenue was up 80%, to $23.8 million from $13.2 million. Some second-quarter operating results related to the acquisitions of Professional Software Consultants Inc. in November and Leardata Info-Services Inc. in January.
