Cadet Reportedly Kills 6, Injures 2

A first-year cadet at a Russian military school opened fire on his classmates, killing six people and badly wounding two, the Interfax news agency reported. The motive for the attack was unclear. After a 12-hour search, police found and detained the cadet and a companion hiding in a home in Kamyshin, the Itar-Tass news agency said.
