Pro-Active Agrees to Distribution Deal

Pro-Active Technology Marketing Inc. has agreed to distribute and sell Florida-based Panda Project Inc.’s semiconductor and connector products to Taiwanese electronics manufacturers. Terms were not disclosed.

The semiconductor packaging market in Taiwan is estimated to be approximately $5 billion or about 17% of the worldwide market, while the Taiwanese connector market is about $900 million or about 3% of the world’s total connector market.
