Franklin Telecom Expands Westlake Village Site

Franklin Telecom has signed a lease to expand its headquarters in Westlake Village.

Company officials said the move is being undertaken to accommodate increased production demands for its hardware communications products.

“We have been urgently seeking additional space near our present location,” said Frank Peters, Franklin’s president and CEO. “During the last couple of years, while our focus was on research and development, it sometimes seemed as though we were drowning in space. [However], in the last 12 months, our on-site work force has more than quadrupled and we have added two new production areas.”

The new site, which will almost double Franklin’s space, is in the same industrial park.
