Fiber Arts Exhibit at Newland House
Examples of knitting, papermaking and basketry are on display through Sunday at a fiber arts exhibit by the Huntington Beach Historical Society.
The Fiber Arts Guild of Orange County will present artists demonstrating batik, weaving, silk painting, fabric dyeing and trapunto quilting.
The exhibit is at the Newland House Museum, 19820 Beach Blvd. The museum’s regular hours are 2 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays, and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
