Yaroslavsky Plans Town Hall Meeting

Share

Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors Chairman Zev Yaroslavsky is inviting all interested Valley residents to attend a Town Hall forum at Mission College on Tuesday evening.

“The purpose of the forum is to air out issues and see what people have to say,” said Yaroslavsky aide Joel Bellman. “[Yaroslavsky] will address anything that people want to talk about.”

Among the issues Yaroslavsky intends to discuss, Bellman said, are the continuing county budget crisis, restructuring the county Health Department, jails, welfare reform and problems at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
