Prosoft Posts Loss

Prosoft I-Net Solutions Inc., an Internet/Intranet training company, reported a net loss of $3.7 million, or 50 cents a share, for the second quarter ended Jan. 31. That compares with a net loss of $242,140 for the like period last year. Revenue grew to $453,401 from $88,405. The net loss for the first half totaled $6.7 million, or 91 cents a share, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $473,692. Revenue rose to $967,082 from $111,648.

The company said it expanded from two locations to 20 locations in the 12-month period ended Jan. 31.

The company began trading on the Nasdaq market last April.
