State of the Art

State of the Art Inc. said Tuesday it signed an agreement to acquire two Toronto-based software companies, Sybex Ltd. and BBIcon Ltd., for cash. Financial terms were not disclosed. State of the Art, which develops accounting software, said it expects to complete the transactions during the second quarter.
