Picture Perfect Promotions Inc., which provides direct mail marketing to auto dealers and manufacturers, has been acquired by New Jersey-based ADP Dealer Services Group, the companies said Tuesday. Terms were not disclosed.
Picture Perfect will operate under the ADP Dealer Services Group, ADP’s third-largest division. ADP provides data processing services, including payroll and tax filing, to employers. ADP also provides marketing services to more than 18,000 auto and truck dealers in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America.
