One of America’s leading discount hotel services, called Quikbook, is popular with senior travelers who are seeking quality accommodations at moderate cost in major cities. Quikbook makes reservations in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. The company represents more than 40 properties in New York City alone.

Quikbook does not charge any membership fees, nor are there any penalties for changes or cancellation. Travelers reserve with a credit card but do not pay for their stay until they check out. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

Because of the volume of business Quikbook provides to the lodging industry, it is able to offer substantially discounted rates even during busy periods.
