Slimy Spill on Highway Sends 13 Cars Spinning

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A truck trailing a slimy spill of sewage triggered a series of spin-outs Monday along a stretch of Ohio highway, authorities said.
No one was seriously hurt, but 13 cars went out of control on the three-mile-long slick dropped on Highway 270 west of Columbus, police said.
Fee Corp. Environmental, the company transporting the treated sewage to a landfill, issued a hotline number to tell people how to clean their vehicles.
“Unless someone ingested it, there’s no problem,” said Melissa Patsiavos, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
