Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc.: The Garden Grove designer and manufacturer of computer chip stacking technology reported a net loss for the fiscal year ended Feb. 28 of $4.1 million, or 24 cents a share, which included inventory write-downs of $2.1 million and other nonrecurring expenses totaling $961,000. For the previous fiscal year, net income of $1.7 million, or 11 cents a share, was posted. Revenue declined 22% to $14 million from $18.8 million.
